Your first appointment is a 45-minute consultation, with up to 60 minutes set aside so the visit never feels rushed. We discuss your concerns, examine how you move and explain what we find in clear language.

Complete any requested forms, bring relevant reports or imaging and wear clothing that allows comfortable movement. A GP referral is not required. If you are unsure whether chiropractic or physiotherapy is the appropriate starting point, contact the clinic before booking.
We discuss your symptoms, health history, work, exercise and goals. Assessment may include relevant movement, posture, strength, neurological or orthopaedic checks. We then explain the findings, answer questions and discuss whether care is appropriate.
The initial consultation fee is $165. Treatment is included when it is clinically appropriate and safe to begin. If your private-health policy includes the service, on-the-spot claiming may be available through the clinic’s HICAPS terminal.
